The New Zealand Kiwifruit Journal provides a professional vehicle for clients seeking to promote their products and services to the New Zealand kiwifruit industry and their associated businesses. The New Zealand Kiwifruit Journal reaches its audience with articles on research, orchard management and up-to-date news as well as marketing relevant products and services to growers and post-harvest operators.

The kiwifruit industry is still growing (as evidenced by on-going research, new plantings and varieties and the success of service providers to the industry and construction of new processing and storage facilities) and the product is well established offshore. The New Zealand Kiwifruit Journal thus provides a unique opportunity for advertisers to reach a highly motivated and successful industry.

The majority of the industry is centred in the Bay of Plenty, but additional plantings are also found in Northland, Hawkes Bay, Manawatu and Nelson. Many kiwifruit growers also produce other fruits, such as avocados and citrus.

The magazine is published bimonthly (February, April, June, August, October and December) and has a print run of approximately 3,000. It is supplied free of charge to all growers. Subscription holders range throughout New Zealand, many being in allied service and post-harvest industries. Other copies are forwarded to members of Parliament, local authorities (such as Port companies etc.) and libraries.
